BMP Ventures is a privately held, vertically-integrated investment fund. 

Our Strategy: 

We seek to invest in innovative technologies that disrupt an industry or emerging technology companies in new industries that disrupt the marketplace. We are after companies with a sustainable business model that is scalable and can be radically expanded, with few or insufficient existing competitive offerings.

 We concentrate as much on company management as we do the technology—great technology without skilled management can fail as readily as good management without a differentiated product. We seek dynamic entrepreneurs committed to their company’s core solution that are "going for greatness". 

 We invest in opportunities where our insights, multi-disciplinary skills and financial acumen can influence the operating company’s performance and investment outcome. 

 We seek to find new investment opportunities that have some kind of synergy with our existing entities, whether related by product type, being vertically/horizontally integrated or through linked distribution channels, increasing the likelihood of success for both entities. 

As transitional equity capital, we target an exit in 24-36 months. We focus on entry and exit strategy at the same time.

We strategically seek to maximize exit timing and value, whether a roll up into an existing publicly traded company, an IPO, a sale to a strategic prospective suitor or to the next substantial equity investor.
